ABOUT ALAINA

A high-achieving, solution-oriented, and data-driven communicator who has a track record of success in change management with more than 12 years of experience creating successful communications strategies, analyzing businesses, managing change and transformation within organizations, increasing the effectiveness of teams, and optimizing processes to maximize efficiency. I have worked with many industries including, retail, oil and gas, national nonprofits, universities, city governments, and NBA and WNBA teams. Many of these organizations had the distinction of being Fortune 500 companies.

My passion is helping organizations maximize efficiency and effectively communicate with their target audiences. With every organization I have worked with, my goal has been to use Swiss army-like skill set to facilitate change, connect people internally or externally, and optimize operations. I have a gift for combining impactful communication with effective articulation and data-driven strategies to transform people and organizations.

  • Bachelor's Degree

    From Oklahoma State University, I received my foundationary education in communications and earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Journalism & Broadcasting with a double-major in Public Relations and News Editorial.

  • Master's Degree

    I refined and expanded my expertise in this discipline by earning a Master of Arts Degree in Communications & Leadership with a concentration in Digital Media Strategies from Gonzaga University. I graduated with a cumulative A average (Please hold your applause).
